What a BAA request usually covers

- Safeguards for confidentiality, integrity, and availability of covered data.
- Breach or incident cooperation, notification support, and subcontractor handling where applicable.
- Return, deletion, or continued protection of PHI at termination, subject to legal and operational requirements.
